TAXI VEHICLE ARE MUCH MORE IMPORTANT  THAN TAXI DRIVERS

in recent survey by west lothian council recommend the huge demand for taxis service and wheelchair access vehicle  in west lothian but most important is the drivers  themselves ...

THERE WAS NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE KIND OF TAXIS  ... any way

the complaint  about the drivers

1-they don't now the area at all

2-taking wrong roads to charge extra or because they don't the road

3-can't  speak english at all

4-you will needs to give them a hand signal to show them the road

5- un helpful

So all of this points has been totally ignored

IS IT TO DO WITH RACISM

racism is exist whatever we deny it or confirm and for sure i am not raciest as i am foreign person my self but i do disagree with any taxi driver who can't speak english ,for years taxi drivers has been well known by they open mouth as they are very talkative even myself when i used to drive taxi i used to speak with customers all the way through but only if they are happy with it as there is some people by natural are not talkative or maybe even just not in mode to speak

So why did the council ignored all of these facts ?

taxi business is a direct communication business when  language is very important and can't be ignored under any circumstance ?
